You have your perfect mask, your amazing life, and you’re being the person everyone wants you to be, so why are you still struggling? I work with people who feel safer behind walls, but know there’s something beautiful to be gained from tearing them down. High-achievers, people pleasers, and over-thinkers are my specialty. I use self-compassion and a trauma-informed approach to help you identify your values, your authentic self, and how to take action based on what YOU want and need, rather than what others expect from you. I’ll help you learn skills to help emotions feel more manageable, calm your relentless thoughts, and increase your confidence to have tough conversations and set boundaries.
